Cairone attended high school in Franklinville and was born in Gloucester, New Jersey.Many national media outlets projected Cairone to be a breakout player in the Brewers’ farm system for the 2026 season. He is currently ranked the 26th best prospect in the Brewers organization on MLB.com. Cairone didn’t make his affiliated debut in 2025. He pitched at the team’s Arizona complex to end the season.
