We will provide updates on Frank’s condition as they become available.”The 18-year-old left-handed pitcher from New Jersey was taken by the Brewers in the second round (68th overall pick) of the 2025 MLB June Amateur Draft. Cairone attended high school in Franklinville and was born in Gloucester, New Jersey.Many national media outlets projected Cairone to be a breakout player in the Brewers’ farm system for the 2026 season. He is currently ranked the 26th best prospect in the Brewers organization on MLB.com. Cairone didn’t make his affiliated debut in 2025. He pitched at the team’s Arizona complex to end the season.
