Further discussions addressed coaching pathways, succession planning, coach development and exchange programmes, the continued growth of Fijiana rugby, whole-of-rugby funding approaches, and the role of agents in player development.
Fiji Rugby CEO Koli Sewabu said, “Today marks a pivotal step in strengthening the Fiji Rugby ecosystem. I am excited to be working closely with Jeff over the next three years.
“Our collaboration with the Fijian Drua is more than just alignment — it’s about creating opportunities, building pathways, and inspiring excellence across all levels of the game.
