The planners at Bennett + Bennett state, “The proposed carpark has been designed to appear as a lightweight built form and uses a colour and material palette consistent with the existing clubhouse to maintain a cohesive visual identity across the site. Vertical yellow and black battens provide a dual effect of screening the carpark whilst providing an appealing aesthetic. The façade incorporates planter boxes with cascading greenery and climbing plants, enhancing the visual quality of the structure”.
