Hollywood’s award season is in full swing! So, to get you up to speed with the 2026 Golden Globes, here’s where you can clock the entertainment tea in Australia.
While the majority of us normies slug our way back into the working week following a weekend of pure heat, entertainment’s biggest stars will be hitting up Los Angeles for the 83rd Golden Globes.
In this year’s shebang, One Battle After Another — starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Teyana Taylor and Sean Penn — leads the pack with nine Golden Globes noms, with Sentimental Value following behind with eight. Sinners (and my absolute 2025 FAVE) is also high up on the noms list, clocking seven nods, Hamnet with six, and Frankenstein — starring Australia’s Jacob Elordi — and Wicked: For Good copping five.

The 2026 Golden Globes will kick off on Monday, January 12, at 11am AEDT.
Again, another award show on a Monday, but hey. At least it gives us some conversation jooice for the office, amirite?

For entertainment fiends in Australia, the 2026 Golden Globes will be available to watch on Paramount+, with the stream starting at 12pm. However, if your job has ya booked and busy, you can catch a rerun on Network 10 from 7.30pm.
