The Rams (5) prevailed over the gallant Carolina Panthers (4) despite a massive scare from the NFC South underdogs.
Meanwhile, in an all-time playoffs comeback, the Bears (2) surged from 21-3 down at half-time to edge the Packers (7), 31-27.
It means Chicago, which hadn’t won a playoff game in 16 years, will host a divisional round matchup against the Rams.
That’s because the lowest remaining NFC seed, the San Francisco 49ers (6), will travel to play division rivals Seattle (1) after beating the Eagles 23-19 on Monday morning.
The AFC playoff action, meanwhile, started with Josh Allen and his Buffalo Bills (6) edging the Jacksonville Jaguars (3) in a fourth-quarter thriller.
Allen won his first road playoff game, taking the dark-horse Bills to the divisional round for the second-straight season, where they’ll play the one-seed Broncos in Denver.
Elsewhere, the New England Patriots (2) defeated the Los Angeles Chargers to book a home meeting with either the Houston Texans (5) or Pittsburgh Steelers (4).
