PREMIAIR Racing will have a familiar race number in its ranks this season even after continuing its tradition of allowing drivers to pick their digits.
As expected, recruit Declan Fraser will adorn his beloved #777.
“I won the Super2 championship carrying the #777 in 2022, and after that I even had it tattooed on my body,” he explained.
“Clearly, it is something pretty close to me now.
“While personally significant for that reason, it is a very cool number in and of itself, and given that it is one that is relatively rare in Supercars, I am pretty stoked to be able to play a part in bringing it back to the grid.”
Jayden Ojeda meanwhile will sport #31.
‘Juice’ had adopted the #62 last November upon replacing Richie Stanaway for the final two rounds of 2025; coincidentally #31 had been occupied by his then teammate James Golding, who has since shifted into the Blanchard Racing Team’s #7 entry.
“The #31 was my number all through karting, from my first race to my last race,” Ojeda explained.
“To have the opportunity to use it for my first full-time season in Supercars is awesome, and (being able to have input into the numbers) certainly gives us drivers a feeling of ownership for our race cars.
“I initially chose the #31 as I was born on the 31st of July.
“Now it reminds me of all of the memories of times spent with my family through karting, and the journey we have travelled to arrive to where we are today.”
Team owner Peter Xiberras added: “I have always liked to give my drivers the chance to choose their own race numbers, as I think it gives them that sense of ownership and a connection with their car right from the outset.

“I am very pleased with the numbers the boys have selected.
“Obviously #31 was on Jimmy Golding’s entry last year, but ‘Juice’ has his own reasons for selecting this number and we will be proud to see him carry on his history with these digits with us this season.
“Just as the #31 does for Jayden, the #777 represents great success and carries deep personal significance for Declan. To be able to make it happen for him that he can carry the #777 for his return to full-time Supercars duties with us is something we are very happy about. And the fact it is a rare number as far as Supercars goes is pretty cool as well!
“It has been a very busy off-season as we look to ensure we can launch into our fifth Supercars season in the best way possible. The first round of 2026 will be here before we know it, and we are heading to Sydney with big goals in mind for the year ahead.”
