Pamela Anderson is opening up about her relationship with ex-husband Tommy Lee. In a new interview with Andy Cohen on his radio show “Radio Andy,” Anderson shared some rare insight into where things stand between them. The former couple, who share sons Brandon and Dylan, were married from 1995 to 1998 and were the subject of much tabloid fodder surrounding their rocky relationship. Now, Anderson said the two haven’t communicated in a long time, implying that it has something to do with his wife, Brittany Furlan.
Cohen asked about Furlan’s own controversy over being catfished online, saying that the situation seemed “nefarious” to him. Anderson responded saying that the internet gives “too much access to people” and that it “is what it is” when it comes to their relationship.
“I haven’t talked to him, but my son, Dylan, is getting married soon, so I’ll see them at the wedding,” she said. “I always ask about him. I tried to send him pickles. I try to stay in contact,” Anderson said. “My kids just said, ‘Mom, just,’ you know, I don’t know what it is. I have to stay out of it and I shouldn’t really be saying anything, but I do wish them the best.”

Cohen then pondered if she would have a better relationship with him if it weren’t for his current wife. “Do you think if he were not with this person, you might have a better communication?,” he asked.

“Oh, boy. We’re going to be in big trouble. I do,” she replied. “I just think he’s a real romantic. He’s very dedicated to his wife, and I think that he just doesn’t want to cause any waves. Or maybe, I don’t know, but I don’t like it.”
“I wish we had a better relationship. I haven’t spoken to him in a long time,” she added. “I miss him, and just with the kids getting married and having grandkids, we’re always going to be connected in some way.”

Anderson was most recently romantically linked to her Naked Gun co-star Liam Neeson. Elsewhere during the interview, she spoke about their brief rendezvous. “The vibes were real,” she told Cohen. “I don’t like the idea of doing publicity—we don’t do any publicity stunts. I mean, he doesn’t do that kind of thing, and I don’t do that kind of thing.”
