UFC legend Conor McGregor has praised the promotion ahead of their first big event of the Paramount era.
It has now been four and a half years since we saw Conor McGregor last compete in the Octagon. On that night, in his trilogy fight against Dustin Poirier, the Irishman suffered a broken leg. While he’s seemingly made a full recovery since then, he hasn’t competed since the injury, and a lot of fans and pundits are wondering if he ever will.

Alas, with the UFC White House event coming up over the summer, it certainly feels like McGregor is pushing hard to be part of the card. Ahead of that, though, and before Dana White can really start planning the fights he wants to make for the White House, we have UFC 324 this weekend which will serve as the first major event of the new Paramount era.
In a recent post on social media, McGregor heaped praise on the team over at the UFC as we await further news regarding any kind of comeback.
