Blackbird is leading a major fundraising for New Zealand-born artificial intelligence start-up Ivo, a specialist service used by lawyers to review contracts and legal documents that is now valued at $530 million.
Founded by former corporate lawyer Min-Kyu Jung and former Xero engineer Jacob Duligall, Ivo has raised around $55 million just three years after launching its AI technology for in-house legal teams.
