Formula 1 has made a major change to the broadcast schedule for the two tests in Bahrain, ahead of the 2026 Australian Grand Prix to start the season.
F1 returns next week with the first of three tests organised by the championship for the start of the new power unit regulations, with the official shakedown test in Barcelona.
It will see each team allowed to run on three days between Monday to Friday, before heading out to Bahrain in February for two further three-day tests.
The first test in Bahrain takes place across February 11-13, with the second a week later across February 18-20.
Both tests at the Bahrain International Circuit were set to be fully broadcast; however, that is no longer the case.
According to F1TV’s available schedule, the first three-day test will feature just one-hour of coverage from 3pm GMT, while the second week is set to still be broadcast as planned from 7am GMT each morning.
