A superb half-century from Sarah Bryce in a five-wicket win over Thailand boosted Scotland’s hopes of qualifying for the Women’s T20 World Cup.
Bryce’s unbeaten 52 in Kirtipur, Nepal, led her side to a victory that leaves Scotland in second place in Group B after three matches.
Thailand captain Naruemol Chaiwai had struck a superb 73 not out, but her side were restricted to 118-6 from their 20 overs.
In reply, Scotland eased to their target, with Katherine Fraser also contributing 41 as they reached 124-5 with five overs to spare.
Netherlands lead the group after three straight wins, with Scotland and Thailand having won two and lost one.
The Scots next play Nepal on Monday.
