No matter whose side you’re on with the Beckham family feud, one thing is for certain – Brooklyn certainly grew up with lots of influential and famous people around him, thanks to his parents Victoria and David.
As a result, Brooklyn, 26, the eldest of the Beckham children, has some well-known and beloved godparents in his corner.
They include music icon Sir Elton John, 78, and his partner David Furnish, and British actress Elizabeth Hurley, 60.

David and Victoria are believed to be incredibly close to the Rocket Man singer and Furnish.
They have been on yacht trips together in the past and shared photographs from the outings.
“Summer bliss,” John once captioned a post from a boating day with the pair.

Sir Elton previously made headlines for sharing a public tribute to Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz just last year.
“It’s been 5 years since I asked this beautiful woman to marry me xx best decision ever x I love you so much ❤️,” Brooklyn wrote on Instagram at the time.
“Happy Anniversary to the sweetest, most loving couple,” John commented underneath, adding red love heart emojis to his godson.
Hurley, meanwhile, is a longtime friend of the Beckhams and is also godmother to their second-eldest son, Romeo.
The rift between Brooklyn and the rest of the Beckham family likely places John, Furnish and Hurley in an awkward situation, given their closeness to both Brooklyn and his parents.
Last week, the 26-year-old stunned the world by confirming his estrangement from his famous family in a statement.

It contained bombshell allegations against his footballer father and Spice Girl mother and claims about the way they’ve allegedly treated his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, 31.
In his statement, which has made international headlines, Brooklyn asserted he does “not want to reconcile with [his] family”.
”I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life,” he wrote, with the statement being posted on Instagram.

In one part, Brooklyn claimed that at his wedding, Victoria “hijacked” his first dance with Nicola and “danced very inappropriately on me”.
The aspiring chef and hot sauce entrepreneur also claimed he and wife Nicola struggled to see his dad for his birthday celebrations.

It is believed he is referring to David’s lavish 50th birthday celebrations last year, which included a party attended by the A-list in Miami, as well as a family celebration at the Beckham home in the Cotswolds and dinners in London and Paris.
Brooklyn claimed he and Nicola travelled to London to celebrate his dad’s birthday, where they were “rejected for a week”.
