Former British home secretary Suella Braverman defects to Reform UK

The political fallout continues in the UK, after former British home secretary Suella Braverman became the latest MP to defect from the Conservatives to join Nigel Farage’s Reform UK party this week.

She’s the fourth sitting Conservative MP to defect to the right-wing populist, anti-immigration party since the last election, building momentum for Mr Farage’s bid to become the U-K’s next prime minister.
