Australians are upgrading to the new iPhone in record numbers, ignoring the fact that Apple’s highly touted artificial intelligence features have yet to fully arrive. It’s a trend CEO Tim Cook called staggering, proving that for the Apple faithful, the hardware still outshines the software.
On Friday, Apple reported revenues of $US143.8 billion ($205 billion) for the quarter ending December 27, up 16 per cent on the same quarter a year ago and better than the $US138 billion analysts had been expecting.
