Ajagba (20-1-1, 14 KOs) is looking to get back into the win column after fighting to a majority draw against Martin Bakole in May. Prior to that, Ajagba fought to a split-decision win against Guido Vianello in April 2024.

Ajagba, a 31-year-old from Nigeria, is riding a 5-0-1 record since the lone loss of his career against Frank Sanchez by unanimous decision in 2021.

Martin (30-4-1, 27 KOs) has a 7-4 record since scoring the vacant IBF title in 2016 with a third-round knockout win against Vyacheslav Glazkov. The 39-year-old’s title reign lasted less than three months, however, as Anthony Joshua stopped him in two rounds.

Martin’s losses have come against Adam Kownacki (UD12; 2018), Luis Ortiz (TKO6; 2022) and Jared Anderson (UD10; 2023), while the wins over the last decade have come against unheralded opposition.
