Real Madrid is finalizing a deal with NBA forward Chuma Okeke according to Michael Scotto of Hoopshype. The 26-year-old American player is reported to have received “several” EuroLeague offers.

If the deal is completed, Okeke will play outside of the USA for the first time in his career by joining one of the most prestigious organizations in the EuroLeague and a perennial contender.

Okeke, the 16th oveall pick of 2019, has played 203 NBA games over five seasons with the Orlando Magic, Philadelphia 76ers and the Cleveland Cavaliers, averaging 6.3 points and 3.8 rebounds.

In 2024-25, Okeke played mostly with the Westchester Knicks in the G League, posting 17.4 points, 8.6 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 1.5 steals. He also appeared in nine NBA games, seven with the Sixers and two with the Cavaliers.

Real Madrid has been undergoing several changes this summer under new head coach Sergio Scariolo. So far, the Spanish powerhouse has signed guard Theo Maledon and guard David Kramer while parting ways with swingman Dzanan Musa and big man Serge Ibaka.
