Porsche’s Nico Müller secured pole position for the Formula E Miami E-Prix after defeating Felipe Drugovich in the final duel to claim his first pole in the category.

Jaguar’s Antonio Felix da Costa, Nyck de Vries and Taylor Barnard complete the top five positions on the grid.

It was a qualifying session full of shocks, as reigning world champion Oliver Rowland, Jake Dennis and Pascal Wehrlein were all eliminated in the duels. 

Championship leader Nick Cassidy was the only driver in the top four of the standings to escape the group stage.
