1. Marsh Farm has five bedrooms
Although unconfirmed, it is believed Marsh Farm has five bedrooms – more than enough for Andrew, who will reportedly be living alone. The red-brick property, which used to be a farmhouse, also offers plenty of space for socialising, with two reception rooms and several outbuildings. This includes stables, which will be good for Andrew, who enjoys horse-riding. While the home is still sizeable, it is believed Andrew is not content with the size of the property and threw a reported tantrum over this.

3. The property is in the village of Wolferton
Marsh Farm is in the village of Wolferton, which is believed to be very, very small. While it is a small and peaceful village, it is believed that this could change when Andrew moves in. One resident told The Express: “With the greatest respect to the Royal Family, I think it will spoil the village. I’m disappointed that he’s been moved within the village when the Crown Estate has other places. They could’ve put him somewhere away from the village. There are going to be a lot of reporters and paparazzi, whereas this has always been such a quiet, private, peaceful place. We got a taste of it when the [late] Queen died. It’s going to change life around here, and I’m not the only one who feels that way.”
