PALOS VERDES ESTATES, Calif.  — Farah O’Keefe fired a 3-under-par 68 to lead the No. 11 Texas women’s golf team on day two of the Therese Hession Regional Challenge on Tuesday.  

Three Texas players are in the top-10 on the individual leaderboard with O’Keefe in second place, Cindy Hsu in seventh and Lauren Kim tied for eighth. 

The Longhorns shot 2-over-par in the second round and are at 8-over for the tournament. UCLA leads the field at 2-under and Florida is in second place on the team leaderboard at 6-over. 

The Longhorns will resume play tomorrow at 10:15 a.m. CT in the final round of the tournament.  

The Lineup

Farah O’Keefe has now shot rounds of par or better in 12 of her 14 rounds this season. O’Keefe had a clean scorecard with three birdies and a 3-under 68. 

Cindy Hsu made three birdies and carded a round of even par 71. Hsu is in seventh place on the tournament leaderboard. 

Lauren Kim carded a round of even par in the second round of the tournament and is T8 at 1-over. 

Selina Liao birded the sixth hole and shot 5-over 76 for the second round of the tournament. 

Angela Heo birdied holes three and eight in her second round and carded a score of 5-over 76.

Alisa Inprasit, playing as an individual carded three birdies on the day and moved up the leaderboard by 26 spots to T32.
