A new group is preparing to check in to “The White Lotus.”
While details about the season 4 characters have not yet been revealed, casting announcements have begun. The new installment, which is expected to begin filming in April, will take place at a resort on the French Riviera.
The first season of “The White Lotus” was set in Hawaii, the second in Italy and the third in Thailand. The black comedy drama follows the guests and staff at various locations of the titular luxury resort chain, with each season introducing a fresh ensemble cast.

Helena Bonham Carter

Bonham Carter’s past roles include “The Wings of the Dove” (Kate Croy), “The King’s Speech” (Queen Elizabeth), “Fight Club” (Marla Singer), the “Harry Potter” films (Bellatrix Lestrange), “Les Misérables” (Madame Thénardier), “Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street” (Mrs. Lovett) and “The Crown” (Princess Margaret).
Steve Coogan

A comedian as well as an actor, Coogan is best known for his politically incorrect character Alan Partridge, whom he played in the television series “I’m Alan Partridge.”
Coogan has also acted in films including “Around the World in 80 Days” (Phileas Fogg), the “Night at the Museum” trilogy (Octavius), “Tropic Thunder” (Damien Cockburn) and “Philomena” (Martin Sixsmith).

Caleb Jonte Edwards
Edwards is a relative newcomer. According to his IMDb profile, his only past credits are a 2025 short called “The Man and the Woman” and an episode of the Australian crime drama “Black Snow.”
Alexander Ludwig

Ludwig is best known for roles including “Race to Witch Mountain” (Seth), “The Hunger Games” (Cato), “Lone Survivor” (Shane Patton), “Bad Boys for Life” (Dorn) and “Vikings” (Björn Ironside).
Ludwig is also a country musician. He released his debut album, “Highway 99,” in 2022.
Marissa Long
Like Edwards, Long is relatively new to the industry. Her past credits include the short films “The Old Breed” and “Valley Mentality!”
Long took to Instagram to celebrate her “White Lotus” casting announcement.
“I’ll try and make this short and sweet But I am absolutely raw right now!!! God is so good – I am in the middle of so many feelings and I’m unbelievably honored to be joining this with such incredible people,” she wrote before thanking her boyfriend, Tanner Zagarino.
“I have the courage I do because of the people that surround me and I want to thank family and so many friends for being so encouraging and giving me such solid ground to always stand on. @tannerzagarino has championed me in ways I could never describe. Love this boy,” Long wrote. “And Thank you [‘The White Lotus’ creator] Mike White!!!!!!!!!! I’m speechless and cannot wait for this journey, feeling deeply blessed.. LETS GO!!!!”
Chris Messina

AJ Michalka
