Melbourne-based Sod, a digital agency, has been appointed to lead the website design for a new digital experience within the Forty Winks network, with development delivered in partnership with SouthPaw.
The appointment reflects Sod’s reputation for user‑led digital design, where accessibility is embedded from the outset to create clearer, more intuitive online journeys for a broader range of customers.
Sod’s scope is focused on website design, including user experience (UX), user interface (UI) and information architecture. The work will establish the foundations for a site experience that helps customers browse, compare and make decisions with less friction.
Design and development will be delivered in close collaboration with SouthPaw, which will lead the build and implementation, ensuring the approved design translates seamlessly into a fully functioning website.
Christian Fish, creative director and founder at Sod, said accessibility is becoming a defining element of customer experience at scale for franchise and enterprise brands.
“Every barrier you remove makes it easier for people to browse, compare and buy. This protects brand trust across every store and every market,” he said.
As franchise and enterprise businesses compete on digital convenience, accessibility is becoming a practical growth lever, not a compliance afterthought. Brands that design for everyone at the beginning reduce rework, broaden reach, and deliver experiences customers can use with confidence.
This Forty Winks appointment builds on Sod’s growing body of work with franchise and large enterprise businesses that are seeking to strengthen digital customer journeys through practical, user-led design.
