Anyone weary of stacking amplifiers, streamers and speakers around the lounge may find Primare’s latest product hard to ignore. The Swedish brand has introduced the Allt-i-Ett, a high-end wireless speaker that aims to replace an entire hi-fi rack with one substantial unit.
Rather than playing it safe, Primare has gone all in on the concept. The Allt-i-Ett lands firmly in premium territory, selling for about A$5,300, and is pitched at listeners who want serious sound quality without the clutter of multiple components. Inside the cabinet is a complete system that combines amplification, streaming and loudspeakers, all controlled directly from a built-in touchscreen.
The speaker array is anything but modest. Primare has loaded the enclosure with ten drivers in total, including six woofers, supported by mid-range units and tweeters, powered by a claimed 300 watts. The idea is that it functions as a full stereo system on its own, though there is also the option to add a subwoofer for extra low-end weight.
Where the Allt-i-Ett really stretches its legs is connectivity. Physical inputs cover almost everything, from USB-A and optical to HDMI eARC, analogue connections and even a phono stage for a turntable. Wireless support is just as broad, with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth joined by AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect and Qobuz Connect. Traditional listeners are not forgotten either, with FM and DAB+ radio built in.

That HDMI eARC connection also opens the door to TV duties. While Primare stops short of calling it a soundbar, the ability to handle television audio means it could easily double as a streamlined home cinema hub, particularly when paired with a subwoofer.
Day-to-day control can be handled in several ways, including a mobile app, a supplied remote or the touchscreen itself. The display gives access to deeper tuning options too, such as multi-band equalisation, automatic room calibration, placement presets and various spatial sound modes.
This is not a product aimed at bargain hunters. Instead, the Allt-i-Ett is clearly targeted at buyers who value simplicity but refuse to compromise on performance. For that audience, it presents a compelling alternative to assembling a traditional hi-fi stack and positions itself as a serious rival to other luxury all-in-one systems already on the market.
