Jules Neale is living her best life, sharing a telling post on social media as she moves on following the breakdown of her marriage to AFL star Lachie Neale.
Jules has moved to Perth with the couple’s two children — Piper and one-year-old son Freddie — after it was revealed last month that Lachie was allegedly having an affair with Jules’ former friend Tess Crosley for up to six months before their romance was made public.

The two-time Brownlow medallist has moved into an apartment in Brisbane.
On Thursday night, Jules shared a video montage, which you can watch in the video above, to her Instagram feed that began with an emotional clip of her in tears.
The video then transitioned to upbeat footage of her enjoying quality time with her kids and friends over the summer, when she returned to Western Australia to have some downtime.
Jules captioned the post: “That’s some lemonade”, in an apparent reference to Beyonce’s 2016 album Lemonade about the betrayal of infidelity.
Just like the mantra, ‘if life gives you lemons, make lemonade,’ Beyonce turned her pain into the world’s best selling album that year.
In her own way, Jules isn’t shrinking from the spotlight in the wake of her very public marriage breakdown. She’s signed with a new management company, made a glamorous appearance at the Australian Open and is continuing to live her best life while healing.
The post was accompanied with a song by Birdy called ‘Keeping Your Head Up’.
Jules’ upload was inundated with positive messages of support, with Renee Enright, wife of Geelong champion Corey Enright, commented: “And we are all behind you, cheering so loudly !!”
Celebrity stylist Lana Wilkinson wrote: “You are a weapon Jules x.”
Another person commented: “We the same age but I hope to be like you when I grow up.”
Jules and Lachie have been busy on social media this week with both proud parents sharing photos of their eldest child, daughter Piper, ahead of her first day of school.
Jules on Wednesday shared seven photos of her enjoying life as a mum while her two children attended the birthday of a third child at a park.
The photo dump included two mirror selfies, with one showing the 35-year-old in active wear.
She captioned the photo dump by writing: “So much to smile about”.
Her post included a “dizzy” emoji.
That was followed moments later by the Brisbane Lions star sharing his own image on social media.
The 32-year-old, who stood down as captain of his footy club, shared a photo captured by the Brisbane Lions of himself slogging it out during a training session on the football field.
He captioned the photo “Tik Tok” and included an hourglass emoji.
The Lions last week also shared an image of Neale getting sweaty during another training session on the football field.
Last week Jules attended the Australian Open in Melbourne, sitting courtside before sharing a photo showing two cocktail glasses sitting on the bar of fancy watering hole Maison Batard.
Earlier this week Crosley raised eyebrows with a cryptic message to friends and family.
The image was captioned: “There is always another story, there is more than meets the eye”.
The comments on the post were turned off.
The former best friend of Lachie’s wife Jules has remained tight-lipped since the Neale drama exploded.
Crosley, a practising Mormon from Brisbane, became embroiled in the Neale saga in late December after it was reported she fell out with Jules amid an “unimaginable betrayal” within the Neale marriage.
Neale is contracted with Brisbane until the end of the 2026 season and it has been speculated the 32-year-old could move to Fremantle or West Coast at season’s end.
The Brisbane Lions are yet to announce the club captain for this year, with Harris Andrews backed to stay on as captain in a new-look leadership group.
All-Australian Hugh McCluggage and versatile midfielder Josh Dunkley are candidates to be elevated to the captaincy after playing key roles in Brisbane winning back-to-back AFL premierships.
“Obviously, Lachie has stepped down, it’s a huge role there to fill with the captaincy,” Lions forward Charlie Cameron said this week.
“We’ll find out next few weeks about our captaincy, (we’re) going through the process of that now.
“I think Harris is an unbelievable captain and I think he’d be fine doing it by himself. He’s a very good role model for our younger players and lives our trademark.
“If Harris is by himself, I’ll be pretty happy with that, but Josh and Hughy have been unbelievable vice-captains.
“I think they might put their hand up, who knows, I guess we’ll find out in the next few weeks.”
