LUKE LITTLER has admitted he would be open to stepping into the BOXING ring later in his career.

‘The Nuke’ could fight under the Misfits banner, owned by YouTube star KSI

World No.1 Littler was recently ringside at a Queensberry event where he watched Nick Ball lose his WBA featherweight title to Brandon Figueroa.

Littler would relish putting on the gloves, but his girlfriend Faith is not keen on the idea.

He told Dazn: “I’d love to, but the missus does not want me to.

“I’d love to, a one-off definitely, on Misfits.”

Littler then gave a one-word answer when asked who he would face in the ring.

He added: “Anyone.”

The teen sensation has a busy schedule as he competes on the European Tour, Pro Tour and the Premier League.

Littler may struggle to find room for the combat sport in his packed calendar, but he has already revealed to Ariel Helwani who he would like to face.

In an interview 18 months ago, he said: “I tried [boxing] like once or twice when I was younger.

“It’s like a proper person, it’s not a darts player.

“Do I like him? Nah. Beavo.”

The Warrington whizkid stepped out at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon to parade his second World Championship crown in front of the fans.
