Hello and welcome to today’s live coverage of the ICC T20 World Cup 2026 Group C clash featuring bigwigs England up against Associate member, Nepal at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium. England won the toss and elected to bat first against Nepal in their Group C encounter at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, posting a competitive 184/7 in 20 overs. Jacob Bethell was the standout with a fluent 55 off 35 balls, anchoring the middle phase with boundaries and sixes that steadied the innings after early setbacks. Captain Harry Brook also made a significant contribution, reaching 53 before being dismissed shortly after. In the later stages, Will Jacks provided late impetus, smashing three sixes in the final over to help the team put up a fighting total.
