Every 2025 player has been re-scored based on new Stats Perform numbers and hardworking, meat-and-potatoes forwards are the big winners with Isaah Yeo (whose scores are +9.70% under the new system) a particular must.

With the new try assist criteria favouring the last pass, centres are also big winners.

Kayal Iro (+8.60%) and Herbie Farnworth (+7.50%) will be popular, while Moses Suli (+15%) deserves consideration.

Hookers like Reece Robson (+8.30%) and Reed Mahoney (+7.20%) also benefit mainly due to Stats Perform’s more lenient criteria on tackles.

Playmakers – namely halfbacks, five-eighths and fullbacks – lose points under the new system so be wary of the likes of Kalyn Ponga (-7.70%), Scott Drinkwater (-5.90), Cameron Munster (-5.30%), James Tedesco (-5.30%), Reece Walsh (-4.90%) and Nathan Cleary (-4.20%).

Key notes:

* The change in stats provider is a win for SuperCoaches because stats updates will be faster (match stats are confirmed within three hours of full-time so say goodbye to Monday morning score adjustments).

* Player prices are based on last year’s provider, so SuperCoaches who know the differences between the two providers (outlined in the table below) are at a clear advantage.

* While a number of sites have attempted to calculate the stats themselves, this is the definitive list because it includes stats that are not publicly available – specifically over and under 8m run stats.

* Please also note the SuperCoach definition of a run. A run is recorded when a ball carrier advances into or through the defensive line. This includes cases where the player is tackled or beats defenders without being touched (e.g. intercepts or linebreaks).

* Line engagements will not be recorded as runs. For example, if a playmaker runs to the line and engages the defence before passing or kicking, no run will be awarded.
