Actor Rajpal Yadav, who recently surrendered at Tihar Jail in connection with a decade-old cheque-bounce case, has received financial support from members of the film industry.
After actor Sonu Sood and others extended help, music producer Rao Inderjeet Singh Yadav, owner of GemTunes Music, announced that he would provide Rs 1.11 crore to the actor. The producer shared the update in a statement as well as on social media, urging others to come forward and support Yadav during what he described as a difficult time.

In his Instagram post written in Hindi, the producer described the contribution as an act of humanity and solidarity. He also shared QR code and bank details for those who wished to extend support and encouraged people to spread the message.
