Canterbury United Pride have retained their leadership of the women’s Ford Futsal SuperLeagues with a 5-2 win in Sunday’s round of competition.
The Canterbury United Dragons also won 5-2 against the Waikato Rapids to stay in second spot of the men’s league, only a point behind leaders Auckland City.
The Wellington Phoenix lost 2-1 to women’s A-League champions Central Coast Mariners at Porirua Park to miss their chance to regain top place on the table.
