In a year marked by strategic evolution, Quantaco has continued to position itself as a leader in technology solutions in pub operations.

Recently appointed CEO Mark Brixton said: “For over 10 years Quantaco has been known as a leader in hospitality financial operations, but we identified that more of our clients needed something beyond our accounting services.

“They needed us to deliver timely, actionable insights that help them boost efficiency, reduce costs, and drive growth. In 2025 it became clearer we could help more operators by productising our approach and evolving into a ‘Hospitality Management System’.”

Brixton explained that the Quantaco ecosystem was designed to set pub operators up for long-term success, future-proofing their businesses, and ensuring they have one trusted partner for the process.

“In today’s high-pressure environment, operators simply cannot afford to have their critical business data scattered across disparate systems. Nor do customers want to manage multiple vendor relationships given how busy they are running their business. Our ecosystem solves this integration pain point. It ensures that every piece of data, from labour management to cash handling to P&L reporting, is integrated, providing a single source of truth. This is critical for operational excellence because it gives publicans the confidence to make faster decisions.”

Investing in the future

Brixton said 2026 is about hospitality operators regaining control of their operations with a dual focus on deepening data assets and strengthening Quantaco’s partnership model.

“We want to lean into the spirit of connection within the pub industry. We will develop our ability to facilitate anonymous, accurate performance benchmarking. Our aim is to move beyond simply managing transactions to fundamentally driving performance.”

Brixton added: “At a recent event, I noticed two publicans openly discussing their challenges and sharing approaches. In many sectors, that kind of operational sharing is unthinkable. It’s this collaborative spirit that makes the hospo industry so resilient, and we’re keen to support it by turning collective wisdom into actionable, benchmarked insights through our platform.”

With an emphasis on flexibility, Brixton said Quantaco will also give operators ultimate autonomy over how they utilise their software and services in 2026.

“Whether it’s simply using us to help with wage efficiency and controlling their biggest flexible overhead with Salesline; managing their kitchen inventory and costs with Cooking the Books; or having us deeply embedded in their business keeping them compliant and helping them with financial decisions our commitment is to ensure that every hospitality operator has the integrated technology, expertise, and guidance they need to navigate a high-cost economy and truly thrive.”

AI innovation and data security

With the rapid evolution and integration of AI in hospitality solutions, in 2026 Quantaco will be focused on improving the quality and efficiency of its AI tools while ensuring a responsible, data-secure approach for its partners.

“We are excited by the potential of AI to transform profitability in hospitality, and we know there’s huge interest in what this means for our customer data. AI is predicated on secure and scalable data storage, and we are working hard to build necessary security and guardrail protocols around our business initiatives,” said Brixton.

“Our focus isn’t on buzzwords; it’s on developing practical-use cases that add value for our customers. We want the market to have confidence in our platform and know that we are treating data security and governance as paramount.”
