Bianca Censori could soon be pulled into a courtroom showdown involving her husband, Kanye West.
Fresh legal documents reveal a former employee that the couple hired plans to call the Australian architect as a witness in an ongoing lawsuit over West’s controversial Malibu mansion renovation.
According to US outlet TMZ, ex-project manager Tony Saxon has flagged Bianca Censori as someone he wants to testify when the matter heads to trial on February 21.
The reason Censori’s evidence would be relevant has not been detailed publicly — but her potential involvement adds a new layer to an already complex situation.
Saxon claims he was hired in 2021 to manage renovations at West’s beachfront Malibu property, alleging he worked exhausting long 16 hour shifts, looked after the property 24/7 and oversaw a radical design of the home.
In court filings, Saxon accuses West of ordering extreme changes to the property — including removing windows and disconnecting power— moves he say raised major safety concerns.
He further alleges tensions escalated after he questioned the safety of running generators inside the house, claiming he was warned and he’d be viewed as “an enemy” if he didn’t comply.
Saxon says he was dismissed shortly after and claims he slept on the floor of the abandoned mansion and acted as 24/7 security and caretaker of the property.
He is now seeking compensation for alleged unpaid wages and labour breaches.
West has strongly denied the claims and in previous filings, his legal team argued any alleged losses were not his responsibility and asked the court to dismiss the case.
Censori has not publicly addressed the lawsuit as it remains before the courts with a trial date set in the U.S. for February 21.
The Malibu house which West is to believed to of paid $57 million for was gutted and later abandoned with a new buyer purchasing the property in 2024.
It comes after the 31-year-old has conducted a bizarre interview using a body-double to answer questions, saying she doesn’t “seek backlash” with her almost-naked outfits.
