WEATHERFORD – SWOSU Men’s Basketball has announced four new signings who have joined the team for the 2025-26 season.
The Bulldogs finished 15-13 overall last year and 12-10 in Great American Conference play, qualifying for the postseason tournament for a second straight season in head coach Brett Weiberg‘s second year at the helm. The four incoming Bulldogs will join 10 returners from ’24-25 including All-Conference selection Tobias Roland to round out the 14-man roster.
Three of the four signees hail from inside the state of Oklahoma.
“I am pleased with our 2025 recruiting class,” said Weiberg. “I really like that our class consists of two transfers and two high school players. With ten returning and the addition of these four young men, we have strengthened our interior while also adding depth to the perimeter.”

“Kayden is a strong versatile forward that is multifaceted. He can score the ball facing the basket and by simply posting up. He is very good using both hands around the basket and has range to the 3-pt line. He is an outstanding rebounder of the basketball and a good passer as well. Kayden is physical and tough. Most importantly, he is a good teammate that competes, cares about winning, and understands the importance of relationships and community.”
“Ty is an explosive guard that can really get on a roll and score the basketball. He has the ability to guard the ball as well as run a team or play off the ball. He was coached by Hall of Fame coach Bill Muse at Connors State and also won a high school state championship for one of the most storied high school programs in the state at Tulsa Memorial. I look forward to working with Ty.”
“Walker is going to surprise people. He can really get to the paint and has excellent finishing shots around the basket. Walker is a good three point shooter and a tough kid, and most importantly Walker is a winner. He was a huge part of a state championship team and has been coached by a very good coach in Derrick Bull. Walker is a good person and will be an outstanding teammate.”
“I am really looking forward to working with Landon. He is a tough, hard playing young man. He was coached at a high level by Jason Tocabens at Woodland Christian and his upside is huge. Landon is already a good player that will improve rapidly. He’s a tough kid, a good teammate, and will be a huge asset to Bulldog Basketball and SWOSU.”
