Jordan Dawson
Jordan Dawson had yet another big game on Friday night as the Crows had a cracking victory over the Hawks at home. After being down early, the captain helped get his side back into the match as he finished with 21 disposals, four marks, a career high 12 tackles, four clearances and two big goals. Along with the two goals Dawson had many other impacts in the forward line, recording five score involvements and a goal assist. This weekend Dawson and the Crows will look to continue their great form as they head west to face the Eagles.
Darcy Fogarty
Darcy Fogarty had another solid performance on Friday night as the Crows got the win over the Hawks, finishing with 11 disposals, two marks, one tackle and a goal. Despite the one goal, The Fog set up many scores as he had a goal assist along with five score involvements and a score launch. This Sunday Fogarty will look to get some form going as the Crows take on the Eagles.
Mitch Hinge
Mitch Hinge was a solid contributor in the Crows win over the Hawks on Friday night. Hinge recorded 14 disposals, two marks and four tackles. He moved the footy well as he had 300 metres gained. Hinge will look to build a bit of form this week as the Crows take on the Eagles.
Oscar Adams
Oscar Adams had the best game of his young career on Saturday as the Suns got the win over the Tigers. Adams finished with a career high 14 disposals and six marks in the win along with one tackle. He was solid in defence as he had four spoils and four intercept possessions. With the footy Adams used it well, having a disposal efficiency of 78.6%. This week Adams will look to continue this form as the Suns face the Blues at Marvel.
Mason Redman
Mason Redman had another solid game on Saturday as the Bombers came up short against the Swans. Redman finished with 20 disposals, four marks, a goal and a team high 652 metres gained. Red Dog was once again solid in the marking contest, having two contested marks and two intercept marks. He did well to set up some goals for the side, having three score involvements and two score launches. Tomorrow night Redman and the Bombers have another tough match up as they face the Cats in Geelong.
Angus Clarke
Angus Clarke had a solid game against the Swans on Saturday as he played his 10th AFL match. Gussy recorded 11 disposals, one mark and a goal in the defeat in Sydney. Clarke moved the footy well out of the backline, having three rebound 50s. Tomorrow night Pup and the Bombers will face another tough challenge as they take on the Cats in Geelong.
Lachie Neale
Lachie Neale had a huge game on Saturday night as the Lions got the victory over the Pies at the G. Neale finished with 36 disposals for back to back weeks along with four marks, three tackles and a season high 12 clearances. Like always the Kid from Kyby was great at setting up goals of the side, having six score involvements and a score launch. He dominated the ground game, having 20 contested possessions along with 16 ground ball gets. With a large amount of disposals, Neale used the footy well, having an 80.6% disposal efficiency. This weekend the Lions will be back home as they host the Swans.
Toby Pink
Toby Pink performed well in the side’s tight defeat to the Saints on Sunday. Earlier in the week Pink had some positive news as he earned a contract extension with the club to 2026. Pink had one of his better performances on Sunday, recording 15 disposals, five marks and a tackle. Pinky was once again great in defence as he had four spoils and an intercept mark. He also moved the footy quite well, having a disposal efficiency of 93.3% along with five rebound 50s and 263 metres gained. Pink will look to continue this form this weekend as the Roos take on the Giants in Canberra.
Jeremy Cameron
Jeremy Cameron had another big goal kicking performance on Sunday as his campaign towards 100 goals inches closer. The Dart finished the game with eight disposals, four marks, three tackles and most importantly six goals. Along with kicking the goal, Jezza created lots of chances to score for his teammates, having seven score involvements and a score launch. With three games left in the home and away season Cameron currently sits on 75 goals with a clash against the Bombers up next tomorrow night.
Brad Close
Brad Close had a great performance on Sunday as the Cats had another big win over the Power, finishing with 16 disposals, four marks, three tackles and a goal. In the forward line Close was at his best as he recorded a goal assist along with eight score involvements. The former Northie also contributed well on the ground, having seven contested possessions and six ground ball gets. Tomorrow night Close and the Cats will look for a fourth straight win when they take on the Bombers.
