Tammy Hembrow was spotted rocking a very “morning after” vibe as she landed back on the Gold Coast after a big weekend of partying at the LIV Golf tournament in Adelaide.

The 31-year-old looked like she’d seen better days as she wheeled her luggage through the terminal, hiding her face from the cameras with a pair of thin black sunglasses.

It appeared she didn’t have time to do her hair before the flight, as her tape hair extensions looked unbrushed and dishevelled as they fell down her back.

We’ve all been there – the moment we’ve had to catch a plane, feeling a bit worse for wear – but Hembrow still managed to pull together a fit, sporting grey sweatpants and a cropped navy tee that exposed her midriff.

She seemed to want to make a quick exit as she dragged her Louis Vuitton suitcase behind her through a carpark.

After the photos emerged online, Hembrow quickly got ahead of the critics, taking to TikTok to make light of her messy hair.

Walking into her hair salon, she joked about how she “survived” the “big weekend” but her “hair extensions didn’t”.

Her arrival followed a whirlwind 48 hours in Adelaide, where the mother-of-three partied alongside influencer mates at the LIV Golf tournament – a massive four-day golf event with over 115,000 attendees.

The social media stars, which included Indy Clinton and Ruby Tuesday Matthews, lived it up at The Grange Golf Club and danced at the various concert stages at the venue.

The music line-up included Australian DJ Fisher, John Summt, Peking Duk and Royel Otis.

AFL WAG Bec Judd described it as a “mini rave” and several influencers shared behind-the-scenes content of them partying among the revellers.

It comes after Hembrow’s love life has once again made headlines, as she debuted her latest romance on Thursday at the Sydney premiere of Wuthering Heights.

The fitness mogul attended the star-studded event at the State Theatre alongside the film’s stars Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi, but ensured all eyes were on her as she embraced her new man – Grayson Te Moana, 22.

At one point, she stole the spotlight by pulling her new beau in for a cheeky kiss and flirted with him as she spoke to reporters on the red carpet.

The young model has 3000 followers on Instagram and is a regular on Sydney’s social scene.

In the aftermath of the couple’s hard launch, it emerged that Te Moana had reportedly only just broken up with his ex-girlfriend, Jemma Hammett, a few days before.

Hammett’s sister, Amelia, spoke to The Daily Telegraph, saying she hopes no other young woman experiences a similar situation.

“Personally I think that for this to be so publicised is embarrassing,” she told the outlet.

“How did he not see this unravelling the way it has?”

She then added: “It’s exactly what he has so badly wanted but in the absolute wrong way.”

Hammett’s friend Charlotte Knight also weighed in, writing on social media: “Imagine you … kick him out after he’s lived with you for the last eight months …

“Just two days later you are scrolling TikTok and you see him NOW BEING HARD LAUNCHED ON THE RED CARPET.”

Grayson has denied ever having been in a recent relationship.

“Just to clear things up, the narrative being shared about me online isn’t accurate. I haven’t been in a relationship of any kind for over three years,” Te Moana told the Daily Mail.

“The claims circulating are simply false.”

But Hammett’s other sister, Brooke, told Pedestrian that his denying it is “super upsetting”.

“(Jemma) is heartbroken and put everything in to them. They spent every day together. Grayson met our parents and this is what my little sister gets — his response was he’d never been in a relationship for three years,” Brooke claimed.

It comes after Hembrow’s ex-fling Bailey Smith debuted his new romance with fellow Melburnian Holly Kleverlaan earlier this month.

The 25-year-old footballer had also been spotted on a date with her in Manly last month.

At the end of December, both Hembrow and Smith announced they were both single and looking for love on Tinder, as part of a campaign with the dating app.
