ESPN NFL analyst Dan Graziano had an interesting idea for a trade between the Dallas Cowboys and Las Vegas Raiders, involving Maxx Crosby and George Pickens.

Graz suggests that the Raiders get: WR George Pickens, 2026 first-round pick (No. 20 overall), and the Cowboys would get: Maxx Crosby, 2026 second-round pick (No. 36 overall).

“The Cowboys likely aren’t going to fork over a long-term, top-of-market deal for Pickens, and franchise-tagging him could cause more problems than it solves (as it did last year with edge rusher Micah Parsons),” he said.

“They get back Crosby, who will make around $30 million per year for the next two years and would replace Parsons. Then, Dallas could look elsewhere for its No. 2 wide receiver,” he added.

It’s kind of wild to think about; however, it may not be a bad idea. The Cowboys need help on defense, and the Raiders could use an offensive weapon.

But the Raiders have already said they have no interest in parting with Crosby, and Crosby hasn’t indicated he wants to be traded yet either.

Pickens had a resurgence with the Cowboys and seems to want to stay. The Cowboys also haven’t expressed a desire to trade him, which is why they slapped the franchise tag on him.

Still…you can never say never.
