The 2026 MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship campaign has taken off from WorldSBK’s most storied venue, the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit! Nicolo Bulega (Aruba.it Racing – Ducati) shot off the line in Round 1, winning all three races, with Axel Bassani (bimota by Kawasaki Racing Team) taking a pair of podiums behind him, Yari Montella (Barni Spark Racing Team) and Lorenzo Baldassarri (Team GoEleven), each earned their WorldSBK stripes as they each landed their first podium.
