It was founded during the pandemic and is growing across the county at a time when many businesses are struggling.

“I think our affordability and accessibility have allowed us to grow,” said Ross Ratcliffe, who founded the business and employs his brother and other family members.

“We started out in the middle of Covid I was just hoping to make a living then, but it’s gone really well and we’ve managed to expand quickly.

“I was on six-month contracts working for a consortium prior to the pandemic, and when it came, the work dried up.

“So I thought to myself, it’s time to do something for yourself. Thankfully, it’s worked out really well.”

Mr Ratcliffe’s Dereham business will be moving to Quebec Street in the town. He is also looking to open workspaces in both Norwich and Acle in the near future.

“I’m very proud of how much we have been able to expand the business and how many families we have been able to serve,” he added.
