Two people and a dog have died after a utility terrain vehicle crashed on a private property north-west of Brisbane.
A Polaris Ranger UTV went over an embankment and hit a tree on a Cedarvale Road property in Sandy Creek, north of Kilcoy, at 1:28pm on Monday. Â
A 59-year-old man who was driving and a 73-year-old man who was a passenger died at the scene.Â
A 33-year-old woman who was also a passenger was flown to the Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital with critical injuries.Â
A 50-year-old woman who was a passenger in the front of the vehicle was flown to Sunshine Coast University Hospital for treatment.
The vehicle was towed away for mechanical inspection.
Forensic Crash Unit investigations are ongoing.
