Code Sports reported that May and his management have made the NRL and Tigers aware of the incident, and it’s understood the images are at least four years old.

The publication reported that a person they believe is responsible for sharing the images has been identified, with the Australian eSafety commission reportedly notified as well.

May’s management were upfront with all the relevant organisations.

“Terrell is obviously disappointed with what has happened,” May’s manager, David Rawlings, told Code Sports.

“They were images that he never intended to be made public. His privacy has been violated and we have taken action to address the matter.

“We have also been open and transparent with the club.”

May is not due on the field for a few more weeks with the Tigers given the Round one bye. They will take on the North Queensland Cowboys on Saturday, March 14, to begin their season.
