The 2026 NFL combine begins this week, where more than 300 invited prospects will have a chance to make an impression upon league coaches, scouts and executives.
After the Senior Bowl, the combine is the next step in the NFL offseason process before the 2026 NFL Draft.

Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza has already decided he will not throw at the combine. Instead, the Heisman Trophy winner and presumed favorite to be the No. 1 overall pick will throw during his pro day next month, according to ESPN.
However, there will be plenty of opportunity for others to make a name for themselves during this year’s event.
