Samsung has today unveiled its Galaxy S26 range including the Galaxy S26 Ultra which has some huge improvement over last year’s model in addition to the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, Buds 4 and Buds 4 Pro.

It’s the lighter Galaxy ever down 0.3mm on last year’s model and it uses a lighter aluminium with an aligned corner radius and with unified colours. It has a new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip which makes for 39% faster NPU performance, 24% faster GPU performance and 9% faster CPU performance.
The big deal here is the new built-in privacy display which lets you a new privacy screen on (like the screen protectors) on at a software level which deactivates the wide viewing pixels so that you can’t see the screen at an angle.
As far as the cameras go, it has a 50mp telephoto lens that is now 37% brighter and a 200mp wide lens that is 47% brighter as well as super steady video recording with automatic correct up to 360 degrees.
Wireless charging has also seen an improvement with 25w super fast wireless charging and a range of new magnetic charging accessories as well.
Otherwise in the range there’s the new S26 and S26+ as well as Buds 4 Pro that have a all-new design with a metal finish, a brand new case and much improved audio quality.
