EastEnders spoilers follow for Thursday’s episode (7 August), which is available to watch now on streaming service BBC iPlayer and hasn’t yet aired on TV.
EastEnders’ Joel Marshall has revealed his latest horrifying scheme, as he vows to take revenge on a Walford icon.
With the teen’s misogynistic behaviour continuing to cause problems, Ross desperately attempted to get his son under control this week.
Joel showed his dad a video of his favourite influencer Drake Zagan, and Ross began to at least understand his son’s twisted belief system.
But Ross then stumbled upon Joel’s email account and found a host of shocking videos of women being filmed without consent or touched inappropriately – and he angrily destroyed his son’s laptop in response.

Vicki was annoyed about the broken laptop in today’s episode, while Ross refused to allow Joel to continue working on the building site.
Ross later admitted to Vicki that he destroyed the device and told her that Joel had been making these illegal videos again.
Joel apologised to Kat for the previous day’s outburst, and she and Alfie cautiously allowed him to spend time with Tommy again.
Meanwhile, Ross got some parenting advice from Harvey, who told him about his son Aaron’s far-right crimes. Harvey encouraged Ross to make sure he hangs onto Joel’s trust, and to keep communicating with his son.

Vicki drowned her sorrows with Stacey and Kat in The Vic, but when Joel overheard them chatting about these harmful influencers, he mouthed off again – and Vicki changed her mind about buying him a new laptop.
As Joel raged about Stacey’s comments, Tommy ended up telling him about her ordeal with stalker Theo after they met on adult website SecretCam.
Using this knowledge of Stacey’s past, Joel returned to the pub to shame her with a barrage of misogynistic comments – leading Kat to bar him from The Vic, Peggy Mitchell-style!

When Joel brought up Lily, Stacey slapped him, and the teen was dragged outside by Ross before he could hit her back.
Back at home, Ross took a soft approach with Joel, giving him a new laptop and making him promise to stop making videos.
But later, Joel used his new device to find Stacey’s SecretCam account. With Stacey’s pictures set to be leaked next week, is Joel responsible for this crime?
