From OzFest to Fan Fest to the Vegas Nines, a sensational week of activities will build the excitement ahead of the NRL season opener at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
The 2026 NRL season launches with the Knights facing the Cowboys before the Dragons take on the Bulldogs, while Super League powerhouses Hull KR and Leeds Rhinos also do battle.
The three-game schedule will be played at Allegiant Stadium on Saturday, February 28 (local time) and will be broadcast live to a massive global audience across multiple markets and time zones.Â
The Vegas triple-header will start with the heavyweight Super League clash between Hull KR and Leeds at 4.00pm (11am AEDT) followed by two highly anticipated NRL clashes between the Cowboys and Knights, and the Bulldogs and Dragons.
All three matches will be broadcast on Fox Sports 2 on the USA.

School’s In! Clark County School Gala Day

The NRL will partner with the Las Vegas Raiders to deliver the inaugural NRL Vegas school gala day. The collaboration with Clark County Schools District will see students participate in an NFL Flag Football round robin followed by an NRL League Tag Clinic and practice game. Forty-five teams from 21 schools will participate in the gala day and participating students will have a once in a lifetime opportunity to step foot on Allegiant Stadium.Â

2026 NRL Vegas Nines Day 1
As part of a massive week for rugby league in Las Vegas the NRL will again host the Vegas Nines, while selected American athletes will have the opportunity to impress talent scouts for a chance to make it in our great game.
The Vegas Nines is turning it up a notch in 2026 – introducing a Men’s and Women’s Premier Division for Pro, Semi-Pro & Representative teams. Also on offer will be the Community Division and a new College Division for North American Colleges.

Las Vegas Nines @ New Silver Bowl Park
Competing teams will fight it out to be crowned 2025 Vegas Nines Champions, with the Premier Division finals to be played at Allegiant Stadium before the Super League match.

NRL Fan Fun Zone

The Cowboys, featuring Tom Dearden, Scott Drinkwater, Jason Taumololo and new hooker Reed Mahoney will take on a Knights team expected to include returning superstar Kalyn Ponga and star recruit Dylan Brown at 6.15pm local time (1.15pm AEDT).
The Bulldogs and Dragons will then meet at 8.30pm local time (3.30pm AEDT). All matches will be live in Australia on Fox Sports, while Channel 9 will broadcast the Bulldogs v Dragons clash.
In the United States, the matches will be shown on the Fox Sports network. Â
Meanwhile, a sensational week of events leading up to the game day has been unveiled, with the Fan Fest at Fremont Street and the NRL Vegas Nines among the highlights.

Join the Cowboys Stampede as they march to Allegiant Stadium before the historic season opener! Led by members of the Townsville Drum Collective, the Stampede is a chance for Cowboys fans to bring their colour and their passion and show the world what North Queensland is made of!
The Stampede to Allegiant Stadium is free of charge and open to all Cowboys fans.
Bulldogs March
Starting at the House of Blues Music Hall, Dogs fans will be bringing the Burwood Road party vibes to Las Vegas with an American Marching Band and a group of over 150 members of staff, Bulldogs Members and supporters turning out for the occasion.Â
This is your chance to bring your flags, bring your noise, bring your passion and show Las Vegas who the Bulldogs are!Â

Located adjacent to the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, Allegiant Stadium is fully enclosed and climate-controlled with a capacity of 65,000. The technologically-advanced Stadium is the home of the Las Vegas Raiders NFL team and hosted the 2024 Super Bowl just weeks before the NRL’s historic first venture to Las Vegas to open the 2024 Telstra Premiership.
