Firmable, the start-up founded by venture capital heavyweight Leigh Jasper after he sold his previous business for $1.6 billion, has secured a valuation of almost $100 million after closing a major funding round.
The company, which was founded in 2023 and develops software that helps sales people assess leads and monitor accounts, raised around $16 million from investors, including Airtree Ventures, one of the country’s largest venture capital firms. The new valuation is double its earlier value, and comes despite increased scepticism about software company growth, and fears artificial intelligence will dent their business models.
