Paramount+ has released the official trailer for the upcoming U.S. debut of Anderson Spider Silva, the biographical sports drama series about the life of UFC champion Anderson Silva. The show is scheduled to start streaming in the U.S. on March 7, 2026.
“The series chronicles Anderson’s path to becoming one of the most important athletes in the sport of MMA. Born in São Paulo and raised by his aunt and uncle on the outskirts of Curitiba, Anderson faced a challenging childhood and found in martial arts a transformative path. From an early age, he practiced Taekwondo, Jiu-Jitsu, and Muay Thai, disciplines in which he earned black belts,” reads the official synopsis.

What happens in Paramount+’s Anderson Spider Silva show?
The video highlights the titular athlete’s life before becoming one of the greatest fighters in MMA history. It teases the challenges he’ll face along the way as he’s determined to make his dreams come true. The show will follow his journey from his first steps in the sport to his entry into the professional fighting world.
Anderson Spider Silva will be led by William Nascimento, Bruno Vinicius, Caetano Vieira, who are portraying Anderson Silva in his adult, teenage, and childhood phases, respectively. They are joined by renowned singer and actor Seu Jorge as the fighter’s uncle and Tatiana Tiburcio as Anderson’s aunt.
The Brazilian drama is directed by showrunner Caito Ortiz. It is produced by Beto Gauss and Francesco Civita, along with Pródigo Filmes. Additional cast members include Douglas Silva, Jean Paulo Campos, Jeniffer Dias, Larissa Nunes, Milhem Cortaz, and Vaneza Oliveira.
