Legendary UFC rivals Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier shared some laughs on the set of ALF Reality in newly-released footage.
UFC Hall of Famers Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier wrote the latest chapter in their legendary feud as coaches on ALF Reality 3, a Russian MMA television show filmed in Thailand. The two former two-division UFC champions shared a surreal faceoff that went viral as Jones and Cormier reunited for one of the few times since their fights in the Octagon.
Despite Jones and Cormier initially expressing a cordial tone towards each other after completing the show’s filming, the two sides traded barbs in the weeks following their time on set. Jones went off on Cormier, calling his two-time foe a ‘d——‘ and accusing Cormier of mistreating some of his fellow coaches.
Cormier has since proposed squaring off with Jones in a wrestling match, despite Jones recently admitting that arthritis will prevent him from multiple combat sports outings taking place in the future. But Jones remains adamant he’s in negotiations to return on the upcoming UFC White House card this summer.
While some tensions remain between Jones and Cormier on set, the two UFC legends were also able to share some laughs, as demonstrated in newly-released ALF Reality 3 footage.

Jones hasn’t fought in the UFC Octagon since successfully defending the heavyweight title against Stipe Miocic at UFC 309. He was in prolonged negotiations to fight Tom Aspinall last year before opting to retire from MMA.
Cormier retired from MMA following a trilogy loss to Miocic in 2020.
Jones and Cormier will likely never fight in a combat sports setting against one another again, but tensions remain high between the two sides. Despite their hostile past, Jones and Cormier can have some laughs together without nearing an all-out brawl.
