First up, the resurgent Panthers – on the back of eight straight wins, the latest a controversial four-point victory over the Gold Coast – take on the Knights in Newcastle. Penrith have already risen from dead last to fifth on the NRL ladder, and can jump the Warriors and move into the top four (at least temporarily) with a win tonight.

Newcastle meanwhile have Bradman Best back in the side while Jake Arthur joins Jack Cogger in their team’s latest new halves combination. Robert Dillon is our man on the ground in Newcastle.

Then Billie Eder will report in on Canberra’s clash with the Sea Eagles, who sit one win outside the top eight. Manly have shifted Tom Trbojevic back from centre to fullback this week, in place of Lehi Hopoate who has a shoulder injury. The Raiders meanwhile can leapfrog Melbourne into top spot if they win tonight.

So, plenty happening. Keep an eye on this blog for all the action, news and highlights as they come in.
