I might have a problem. Or it could just be the first real taste of decent weather after roughly three months of misery. Hard to tell the difference at this point.
All I know is the sun came out Monday and my brain immediately went to one place. Outside. Grass. Cold beer. Golf. Baseball. That is it. That is the entire thought. I am sitting at work trying to focus and that is the only thing going on in my head.
So naturally I open Twitter, because that is where you go when you want to feel happy and connected with the beautiful people of the world, and within about ten seconds I see a Budweiser ad that felt like it was made specifically for me.
The beer company is celebrating 150 years of Bud and Baseball by releasing vintage cans featuring old school designs for all 30 MLB teams. Every team. Including a Phillies Bud Heavy that I need in my hand immediately.

The ad closes with “MLB FANS, FOR 150 YEARS, THIS BUD’S FOR YOU.”
At this point I am convinced they wrote that line directly at me while I was spacing out at my desk thinking about finding a patch of grass somewhere in Philadelphia.
Look. The cans are cool. The ad is great. Major League Baseball is around the corner. It is not even 1PM and I am already doing the mental math on how quickly I can get out of here, grab a 30-rack of these Phillies cans, and locate some outdoor seating. That is where my head is at.
