His biggest achievements in the game was guiding Portsmouth to an unlikely FA Cup win in 2008, and guiding Tottenham back into the Champions League two years later. Harry announced his retirement from management in 2018.
One year after moving away from the dugout, Harry won the 2018 series of I’m A Celebrity, which featured Rivals’ Emily Atack, Doctor Who’s John Barrowman, EastEnders actress Rita Simons and Strictly Come Dancing spin-off It Takes Two host Fleur East.
It was announced on Monday (March 10) that Harry will be seen heading back into the jungle in the second season of I’m A Celebrity South Africa. The inaugural series of the All Stars programme was won by Myleene Klass in 2023.
Joining Harry on the season are Emmerdale and Waterloo Road actor Adam Thomas, TV presenter Scarlett Moffatt, Coronation Street icon Beverley Callard, Pussycat Dolls singer Ashley Roberts and former champion boxer David Haye.
Rounding out the line-up is comedian Seann Walsh, Red Dwarf, Coronation Street actor Craig Charles, Olympic legend Sir Mo Farah, TV personality Gemma Collins and former footballer Jimmy Bullard.

On Tuesday morning (March 10), Harry was joined by his wife Sandra, who he married in 1968 and shares sons Jamie and Mark Redknapp with, on the ITV talk show This Morning.
Speaking to presenters Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard, Harry opened up about a recent diagnosis with his hearing when football fan Ben mentioned that it had been a while since they last crossed paths.
Harry shared that he had initially booked a trip to Specsavers for his eyesight, only for Sandra to talk him into having his ears checked after noticing symptoms of hearing loss.
“I’ll be honest Ben, when I really noticed it, it was when I was driving the car. You know when your indicators make a clicking noise? Suddenly, I thought all these blokes must know me.
“They were all going past, sticking fingers up to me! They must be all Arsenal fans, all shouting!” he said.
Noting that he had accidentally left his indicatings on, Harry said that it was ‘dangerous’ because he ‘couldn’t hear them clicking’. He stated: “It could have caused accidents.”
Sandra added: “He used to say I was whispering when I wasn’t whispering. Then, if we went out for dinner and there was a group of people, I could sense that he wasn’t hearing the conversation or joining in.”
Asked if the diagnosis has made a difference in his life, Harry replied: “Yeah, it’s been great, much better. You can’t see them. They stick behind your ear now.”
While the series is pre-recorded, the public will have the power to decide who is crowned the ultimate legend 2026 in a live grand final broadcast of I’m A Celebrity South Africa direct from London.
“I really enjoyed it, everybody in there was lovely, I was lucky they were all nice people,” Harry teased.
