The countdown is on. In three weeks, Ben Harvey and Liam Stapleton will officially return to Adelaide Breakfast radio, launching Ben & Liam in the Morning on the newly-branded KIIS 1023 from Wednesday, April 1st.
To mark the countdown, KIIS 1023 has launched a cheeky on-air campaign leaning into the legal restrictions around former Nova duo’s start date, with the message that Ben & Liam “can’t legally talk right now.”
For both longtime fans and those who haven’t tuned in before, the campaign offers a playful glimpse of what listeners can expect when Ben & Liam return to the airwaves.
For now, Ben & Liam are letting the people closest to them – including their wives and parents – share messages about how excited the pair are to be “back in Adelaide.”
The messages feature whispering in the background, hinting that Ben & Liam may be feeding their loved ones the odd line or three.
The campaign also extends to social media this week, with a video featuring Adelaide kids playing mini versions of Ben & Liam as they prepare for the show’s April launch.
