Angad Soin says hard work is in his blood. The 39-year-old managing director of Xero in Australia and New Zealand, who doubles as the $14 billion company’s global chief strategy officer, came from India as a baby and says hard work was fundamental to his family’s new life in Australia.
It is equally fundamental to Soin’s family back in his country of birth. He regularly visits his grandfather, who still runs a business in India, making the machines that make ball bearings.
